Anthony Robideau
With more than 40 years of experience in the mortgage banking industry, Al has built a career spanning mortgage lending, association leadership, education, advocacy, and community service. He served as Executive Director of the Indiana Mortgage Bankers Association from 2008 to 2023, the Mortgage Bankers Association of Kentucky from 2016 to 2024, and the Mortgage Bankers of Louisville from 2017 to 2020. Prior to those roles, he spent 24 years in mortgage lending throughout Michigan and Ohio, originating more than 1,500 loans and helping lead operations responsible for over $1.5 billion in loan production. He also served as a part-time continuing education trainer from 2015 through 2022.
A strong advocate for the mortgage industry, Al participated in multiple lobbying efforts on Capitol Hill, meeting with legislators including Mike Braun, Todd Young, and Joe Donnelly. He has also remained active in his community through volunteer work with Meals on Wheels and service on the board of Habitat for Humanity of Indiana, including serving as Board President in 2016 and 2017. Al earned a BBA from Eastern Michigan University and an MBA from Xavier University. He has been married for 35 years and is the proud father of two children and grandfather of three grandchildren.
